I tried this book because I wanted to read the poem "Trees" that I kind of remembered from my childhood. There was much more to the poem than I had thought and I also enjoyed reading the other poems.

Many of them I had not read before and I found them fascinating/5(39). Many of the poems mention God and saints, and one is dedicated to a Jesuit priest, but most of these references are non-sectarian in nature.
